TRANSA is a family company founded by Mr. Rafael Carranza in 1965.

In the beginning TRANSA produced only tomato paste. In those days, 80 tons of fresh tomato were processed per day.

Nowadays the capacity is 5.200 tons of fresh tomato per day (300.000 tons per crop).

In 1972 TRANSA began to produce tomato powder using its own tomato paste. Our capacity is 70 tons of tomato powder per day.

TRANSA export 99 % of its production.
