In 2004 TRANSA got the lastest technological development at evaporators from the firm Rossi Catelli: The Apollo evaporator.

With a new technology, the Apollo obtains the concentrated tomato juice without thermal damage, so the colour and flavour of the final product is of the highest quality level.

- 1 evaporator model “Venus T1500” from the firm Rossi & Catelli, with a capacity of 1.500 tn/day of fresh tomato.

- 1 evaporator from the firm Fata Food, with a capacity of 1.350 tn/day of fresh tomato.

- 1 evaporator model “Callifo” from the firm Rossi & Catelli, with a capacity of 750 tn/day of fresh tomato.

- 4 aseptic fillers from the firm Rossi & Catelli, each one with a capacity of 12 tn/day of fresh tomato.

- 2 “Spray dryer” towers of atomization, from the firm Niro, each one with a capacity of 1.000 kgs/hour of tomato powder.

- 1 “Belt dryer” tower of atomization, from our technology, with a capacity of 1.000 kgs/day of tomato powder.
