The most important, ongoing objectives
are:
- To guarantee health and safety of the products manufactured.
- To continue to improve the Quality Management System by
compiling and analysing information for identifying areas
for improvement.
- To observe the existing legal standards that applies to
all the company’s activities.
To achieve the above points, the Management
of TRANSA undertake the following actions:
- To consider customer satisfaction as the fundamental objective
of all activities.
- To establish aims and objectives for quality that are coherent
with the intentions of the company and which can be revised
at least once a year.
- To spread and circulate both the quality policy and customer
needs, so that everyone is aware of their role in this area
when it is put into practice.
- To adopt the working methods and improvements financially
available, encouraging responsibility and sensitivity at all
times with respect to continued improvement of quality.
- To plan and develop activities aimed at reducing the costs
of non-quality and improving productivity.
The Management accept the responsibility of
having the resources available needed to carry out the above
activities and expect all its staff, whatever their job function
and position, to share this commitment to quality, strictly
abiding by the guidelines indicated throughout the Quality System.
