TRANSA carries out a strict control of all the stages of the production process, from the cultivation of the tomatoes in the field to the obtaining of the final product.

Before the beginning of the crop, all the farmers selected by TRANSA receive updated information about pesticides.

During the campaign the farmers are audited by personnel of the Agricultural Department who supervise their agricultural practices.

A few days before the crop starts, samples of tomatoes are taken at random from the tomato plots to analyze possible pesticide residues.

Each lot of tomatoes from our farmers are checked when they arrive at the factory to verify the quality.

The lots that do not pass the minimum quality level are rejected.

The traceability of the product is fundamental in the production process.

The entire tomato paste and tomato powder production of TRANSA has guaranteed traceability.

The system of Management of the Quality of TRANSA is based on the requirements of the Norm ISO 9001:2000.
